With the last few days feeling like sunshine San Tropez, it’s got me all excited for some beach action!
Beach weddings are one of the most desired locations for couples tying the knot. A whopping 80% of couples favour getting married abroad as oppose to their home town! Whether it’s an exotic location abroad, or just good old blighty sea side. There are so many gorgeous shabby chic decoration items and themed wedding stationery to help create a show stopper of a theme.
We’ve got some great sea side inspired wedding invitation designs including the gorgeous Atlantis. Shells and starfish frame the card in either gold or silver and then we can personalise the wedding invites with bride and grooms name in huge range of colours. All items are available in this wedding stationery range including luggage tags, menus and table cards. If shells aren’t your thing then you could think about going for a slightly more traditional wedding invitation design but bring in a beachy colour theme. Think about using corals, blues and yellows to bring that sunshine to your special day and help create wedding stationery you and your partner will love.
One of my favourite Mandalay Shop items this month is our cute little wooden bird, perfect as a seaside theme table centre piece. He even doubles up as a table card holder as you can pop a luggage tag around his neck with the table number on and hey presto! At only £6 he’s definitely worth it.
Think about making the most of your surroundings, organise some games on the beach to keep guests of all ages entertained. A game of rounder’s or boule is bound to get some giggles especially after a couple of glasses of bubbly! As well as working up a hunger if done before you sit down to eat.
